Good hotel.

Good location clean hotel, but the staff were taking ages to open the gate for The parking. I think they dont pay attention to the CCTV camera when you stand outside on the gate from both ways inside and outside, we had to wait like 5- 6 minutes every time, the heating on the first day, it was funny on and off the room was cold at the morning, but the following day they fix it.

The breakfast is okay a lot of variety, the espresso wasnt tasty I think they need to change the coffee supplier. All over in a good hotel.

Disappointing

Could be nice, but not very well managed

Room was large, beds comfortable.

There was a distinct smell of sewage in the room. First time in Casablanca, assumed it went with the territory. Discussed this with other guests and discovered they had no such problem. There was a problem with the door latch. They kept promising to fix it, but never showed up when I made appointments for them to come (they said I had to be there when the repairman came to the room!).

Good size staff friendly

Both rooms had headboards that have their leather peeling off badly. The 2nd room was not cleaned. The toilet seat had urine strains and one of the towels was damp. The table and floor had rings of sticky spots.

Enormous room, AC worked well. Clean

Breakfast: no cups or cutlery available, had to set your own table. No fruit aside from grapefruit. No milk or hot water for tea unless you asked for it. Staff standing around talking but the customers waited for basic service to be provided.

Clean, spacious and good location.

Throughout our three-night stay, we were confronted with a persistent issue in our rooman unpleasant odor emanating from the air ventilation system. Despite promptly reporting this matter to the staff, regrettably, no action was taken to resolve the situation. We kindly request that the management promptly investigate this matter and take the necessary measures to eliminate the odor, ensuring a more comfortable and enjoyable experience for future guests.
