The breakfasts (Read More)are crowded but well-managed. The valets can be tipsy and the dinner at the restaurant is not recommended. Overall, it is a perfect gateway hotel for entry and exit from Morocco with no surprises and a friendly atmosphere. Some guests found the hotel to be one of the best they've ever stayed in, with bright and clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a fantastic buffet breakfast. The staff were attentive and provided a 5-star experience at a competitive rate. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location, offering fancy western-style accommodations, although the options at the restaurant may be limited. The rooftop provides a nice view but lacks bar service. While the hotel is great with a good breakfast and a small gym, the main road can be noisy in the mornings. The rooftop is a great place to hang out and offers good city views. The service at the hotel is great and the rooms are clean, although the automatic air fresheners in the hallways can be overwhelming and potentially harmful to one's health.

Not far from Train station, only 10 minutes drive in taxi, breakfast was good but missing egg omelette which you have to pay

Let's say this way the facility of 5 stars you will not get in this hotel. I found out it is more like 4 stars when you arrive at the hotel. There is no parking bay your taxi driver has to stationary on main road traffic and have to rush to unload the luggage. The reception area is also very small rooms was quite reasonable size but basic 5 stars facility was missing receptionist were good bathroom was clean room service was good over all I would say its good but don't expect 5 stars hotel

Good views from the room

Did not prepare room with baby cot in advance despite having given notice that it would be sorted. We had to remind them twice to bring it. The porter who helped us with bags made it clear he was unhappy with the tip amount given. Called reception and no answer a few times which is very strange for a hotel - had to go down to sort any issues out.

Everything was perfect This is as good as the top hotels like Sofitel, Hilton etc but at the fraction of the price room was super clean beds very comfy. Cannot fault anything. Great value for money.

Good location, clean spacious room

Check in experience was very uncomfortable, room wasn't ready (even though it was past 14:00) and we were told to wait in the lobby until we are called. After 15 minutes the lobby guy asked why we are sitting and we told him we are supposed to wait. Then he followed up and turned our rooms were ready but no one bothered to tell us. At this point receptionist asked how we want to pay. We waited for 15 mins doing nothing in the lobby and now that rooms are ready you want to start with the payment?! When finally in the room, there was no wifi cover (which they fixed for us once we told them). Breakfast is mediocre (Omelettes are made from egg powder and are super runny and not really eatable in my opinion). When we were leaving and checking out, none of the three guys standing by the hotel entrance offered you help with the luggage to put them in the taxi. They just waited there and stared at us even though our hands were full and we needed help. Not at all a 5-star hotel, it's an average 4-star at best.

Great Service, Mixed Dining Experience: A Tale of Two Meals at the Hotel

This 5-star hotel exceeded our expectations with its spacious and beautifully appointed rooms. Despite its location on a bustling street, the attentive door service ensured a seamless and welcoming arrival, assisting us with our bags. The hotel's value for money truly stands out, offering a luxurious experience at a reasonable cost. The breakfast was delightful, except for the coffee, adding to the overall excellence of our stay. We would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Casablanca.

While the staff at the restaurant were wonderfully welcoming and attentive, our dinner experience fell short of expectations. Both my partner and I ordered chicken dishes, which, unfortunately, were served dry and didn't meet our taste preferences. The Moroccan salads also seemed quite basic. However, it's important to note that the service was commendable, and the waiter's professionalism and kindness made us feel well-attended to, despite the food not being to our liking. Fortunately, the hotel is surrounded by a variety of dining options, offering ample choices for dinner. On a positive note, the breakfast at the hotel was excellent, though the coffee did not meet our expectations. Despite this, our overall culinary experience was not entirely disappointing.

Clean and very friendly staff Excellent breakfast with fresh fruits, salads, eggs, chicken, soup, yogurt and a wide variety of breads and pastries .

Very noisy , shower was only extreme hot water. Ac did not work.

Must be one of the best mid-priced hotels in Casablanca

This must be one of the best mid-priced hotels in Casablanca. For two people, a junior suite gives you ample space, comfortable beds, well appointed shower rooms, and a large kitchen space, including a full-sized fridge The breakfasts are outstanding, The staff are friendly and competent. The location is excellent. The centre of Casablanca is a comfortable walking distance away. The main tram route has a stop very close to the hotel for those wanting to go further afield. We will stay there again, next time we are in Casablanca.

Luckily when we travel abroad, we always carry cereal bowls, eating utensils, sharp knives, cutting boards, etc. So we were able to make good use of kitchen, including the microwave. But it was disappointing to us that, despite the size of the kitchen, the hotel provided no eating utensils, no plates, no tea cloths, no washing up liquid, no........
