My wife & I enjoyed everything about our stay. The villas are beautiful. The staff are extremely kind and helpful. The restaurant never disappointed us, the food was fantasic. We slept, ate & surfed, perfect location, stunning views. Had the best surf guide Didy. Leanne & Tim are excellent hosts , honestly we couldn't recommend it enough.

Great resort in Ekas

Owners and staff were amazing. Resort was beautiful. Food was good.

Toilets smelt a little (most of indonesia does). Resort was a little further from the beach than expected. Challenging to walk back from the beach without the resort transport esp with a board (steep slopes, powdery and sandy slopes, multiple slopes).

Surf and relax

A beautiful and peaceful Oasis. Great food, great people (owners and other guests), great beaches, great surf. We were sad to have stayed for only two nights - use this place to recharge your batteries after all the hussle of Yogyakata or Bali. For activities such as surfing, snorkeling, kite surfing or just discovering the nearby beaches on a scooter - this place is great!

Arrive before sunset. The roads are a bit sketchy in the dark and we had difficulties finding a driver to take us from the airport to the resort. But for the resort, our late arrival was no problem and it was still possible to get something to eat, even though the kitchen was closed already (just ask nicely in advance ;-) )

Simply perfect!

Beautiful property on a hill: well-maintained, cozy and tranquil. Lovely rooms with comfortable beds and pillows (which is quite rare!) The owners Lee-Anne and Tim are wonderful hosts! Warm, welcoming and kind. They made me feel at home! Make sure you try Lee-Anne's homemade cakes so so good! If you surf and want to know about the local break, talk to Tim, he knows it like the palm of his hand and will send you out at the best time of the day (Ombak have their own boat which delivers you to the wave and back two times a day). I had the most wonderful time at Ombak, loved every minute of it!

The only thing I didn't like is the fact that I had to leave

Tim & Lee-Annes place is stunning, the food is unrivalled in town and theyre such friendly people. Highly recommend the beef randang & cheesecake, was difficult not to have it every night! Boats out to the surf twice a day included in the price which was great! Very friendly and polite staff, particularly Deddy who also snapped some photos of us in the surf.
