The location is in close proximity of Resorts World.

The staff are not friendly. Upon check in they didn't explain about the hotel facilities, restaurants etc. We had to figure it out on our own. Not acceptable. Telephones don't work in the rooms, had to call reception on numerous occasions to have rooms cleaned. The rooms don't have pens, notepads. For a hotel of this stature and the premium price paid , the lack of service was rather disappointing. The Village hotel next door was a far better option . Staff here were extremely friendly when we dined there.

The location is pretty good, close to beach station and Universal Studio station. The staffs are also nice and friendly.

very near to Imbiah train station for the sentosa monorail to Vivocity. Staff at check in was rather pleasant. great way to usher in the new year as the staff told us where to head to for countdown and fireworks. Appreciated that the bathroom was spacious. The hotel is one of the more affordable ones in the sentosa area.

Room furniture seems to be on the older side despite the hotel being a rather new one. Some of the drawers and handles felt finicky and not premium. Pool and gym were on the small side though the pool at Village hotel could be used too. The location of our room did not feel private and sound proofing is not great as we could hear noise from the other guests when they walked past our room which was located near the start of the hallway.

Great stay!

This was great! The junior suite was spacious with wide windows. Great views! Location superb, in house spa is wonderful and staff great! Shout out to Mr Izat Ismail of front desk and Annie of the spa.
