i think it's time to upgrade all the power points with USB charging port, i mean at least 2 per room.

Excellent :)

Everything! The staff was super friendly, the place is spotless clean and we loved the small details in the room such as a bathrobe or slippers. The location is also quite good, you can reach all important points in Chiang Mai quite easily. Would absolutely recommend :)

A great place to stay, just off the side of the Saturday night walking market.

Nice friendly staff, great 'family room' where the kids were in the same room as us. Comfortable beds, sofa and small but good bathroom.

Ask for coffee/ tea to be more generously replenished. Sometimes they forgot to give us enough towels. Some slightly raised nails in floor boards we ripped a couple of socks.

Parking to the hotel is quite uncomfortable if you came a little late at night. So far so good.

Hot water didnt work and there was a big leak in the bathroom, sewer smell included

Do not stay here

I did not even goy to stay on the property

When i arrived, they send me to iSilver hotel which was not to my liking at all. Nuan Boutique did not even call me because i actually paid for their rooms which was suppose to be bigger. They never care about our relocation to another hotel.

Nice and pleasant

The hotel and room was nice, good value for money. The location isnt too far from Chiang Mai city centre and it was nice and quiet at night which was good

The bathroom window didnt close so we were on edge a little bit with mosquitos getting into the room and had to make sure the door was closed at all times
