Perfect location, only few mins walk to the tram. Rooms are modern and clean. It has a play area for kids.

Great value for a casual stay just outside the old city.

- Well-equipped fitness center - Glass water bottle and fill stations featuring both still and sparkling water at each elevator were a nice touch - Excellent value

- Tiny, tiny bathrooms made it difficult for two to get ready at the same time. - Rooms are a bit small. - Sadly, the staff couldn't help with some medication that needed to stay frozen during my stay. Most other hotels are very accommodating about medication, so this was surprising.

Breakfast is definitely the best Ive ever experienced for affordable hotel. Amazing selection of food. I was truly wowed. Staff was lovely and helpful, very professional.

I didnt like the way its joined together with a budget hotel- Little strange. Family Rooms could be bigger, bearly any space around the room for 4 people.

Great place to stay. 20 minute walk to central Wroclaw.

The hotel was nice. They have lots of ammenities. The staff are helpful. They opened up the sawna for my friend at 2 am.

The price was a little high.

Location, cleanliness and breakfast.

It was a bit noisy during our first night, some guests decided to continue their party in their hotel room in the middle of the night. However once we reported it to the reception it only took about 5-10 minutes for the security to find the noisy room and tackle the problem :-)

The hotel is located in the heart of the developing financial district, 10 minutes from the main railway station, and about 20 minutes from the market square. The hotel has recently undergone a general renovation and many things smell new. In the room, decorated in a very classic style, I found two large and comfortable beds, pleasant shades of grey, a large TV, a carafe for fresh water instead of plastic bottles, a spacious wardrobe and a bathroom with a bathtub (I had the option of choosing a bathtub or a shower at the reception). The check-in process was pleasant and efficient, even though the hotel was busy that day. I recommend it, one of the best Novotel I have stayed in in recent years.

I think the prices in the hotel bar and restaurant are a bit high. Turning on the TV was a bit of a hassle for me.
