Amazing experience in a great and charming city!

Breakfast was very good, with a lot of options. Room was super clean and with everything necessary. Location is quiet and allows for a lot of privacy. Very friendly staff, great location!

It would be helpful to have some curtain protecting from water spilling on the floor when taking the shower. The bathroom instead promotes one's taking a bath, but that's not everybody's thing, some people just prefer a shower.

Magical stay in Wrocaw

The location was ideal, very near the main market square. Loads of restraints and bars nearby. The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were spacious. The staff were very helpful

The pillows were very flat so we requested extra pillows which resolved the issue. The staff acted on our request immediately

Superb

Perfect service in the heart of the old town

The location is great, literally a minute walk away from the Old Town Market Square. Hotel itself is of a very high class with super attentive staff and very clean rooms.

The price might be above average but considering the increased demand for the Christmas market period, it still stayed pretty competitive.

Loud!

Really close to the Christmas markets and the reception smells amazing!

LOUD. No warning of Christmas parties happening downstairs, resulting in two of the worst night's sleep. Paper thin walls so you can hear everyone in the rooms next door too.
