Location was perfect for going into the rynek. Close to tram and to all amenities i.e shopping centres etc

There was a foul smell of poo every time we entered the elevator to go up to our room. Sometimes the smell was unbearable. There are 2 huge dead potted plants at reception. Not a great welcome for guests and was the first thing I noticed. During the stay there was never any staff at reception, usually there is a receptionist as the face of the hotel at the entrance. There was no way of letting fresh air into our room. Most hotels have secure windows with the ability to open even a small amount. The air conditioning did not work therefore our room was very hot the majority of the time.

Very good

The location was great and the staff were incredibly friendly. Recommend the breakfast buffet. Kids under 12 were free.

No quiet lounge to read or relax if your travel partner was sleeping in the room.

Very nice hotel, excellent location if you want to visit the Christmas Market or citi center. I also appreciate very personal approach including the Welcome pack :-)

Parking area of Dominikanska Galeria was full and closed at the time of our arrival. However, if you call the reception, they can open it for the guests. I just did not know that and had to find alternative parking...
