Very quiet even it is in the middle of town. Very clean and very friendly staff. We stayed on new year eve and spent night in wine cellar it was perfect!

Excellent location and friendly staff

Enjoyed a 2 night stay, lovely clean hotel with very modern rooms with high quality fixings. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was nice and varied and fresh and the location was excellent. The hotel arranged collection for us from the airport. Would definately return and recommend

A Beautiful Hotel

A beautifully restored former monastery with everything one could need! Location was great, customer service was super and the room was fabulous. One of the best hotels I've stayed in and I'd definitely recommend/stay again.

The only thing was having to queue for breakfast, but we did go at a very busy time. Other than this, we loved everything about this hotel.

The hotel is excellent. Perfect location, clean room with fresh renovation, friendly staff. It was quiet at night.

I would love to have slippers and a robe for guests.

Location is very great and very close to the Christmas market. Service is also very great, staff is very kind, we asked for a room with a bath and got a quick response that such a room was reserved for us. Like a lot interior design of the rooms.

Value for money is good for breakfast but choice is not wide

Short break to visit Wrocaw and Christmas Market. Hotel in excellent location. Good breakfast.

Hotel is in a convenient location close to the main square and restaurants. The Christmas market is a short walk away. Bus stop to airport and Outlet Shopping Centre is a 10 minute walk away. Good buffet breakfast. Hotel very clean. Winery nice atmosphere for a drink at the end of the day.

Clean rooms in lovely decorative order reflecting its recent renovation. Great location for the

Excellent breakfast, bakery and hams made in house by the chef. Also baked daily gluten free breads. Great freshly ground coffees. Also relaxing wine bar cellar.

Long wait for coffee in the mornings during busy periods.
