Overall, great service and location, just a smell from the carpet in the room that I dont like

Great location, and the valet parking service is fantastic. We asked if they could charge our car overnight, and they did it nicely.

I notice the smell on the carpet, and it's not a fresh smell. It's like an old house carpet smell. It did not have a disgusting smell but was not fresh either.

We didn't had the breakfast there . Location is perfect , everything is reachable. Can do most of the activities around this place.

Nice but avoid the laundry room.

Location. Nice staff.

Was told no laundry service on 26/12/23 but the laundry room dryers were quite dirty (black lint) and sub-par. One did not work.

Happy but disappointed

Most of the staff were helpful and nice and location was perfect for us. Room was good. Got one drink voucher due to delay of room checkin.

Having to wait almost one and half hour after checkin time as it was taking long to get rooms serviced. We had activity planned and parents needed some rest prior but couldn't do as room was not ready. Then our luggage didn't arrive in the room as the staff could not find the luggage and the guy incharge of the luggage just said dont know without even checking physically but just on his sheet, found that very rude the way he was talking.

The hotel was in a great location by the lake and it was easy to access the city center. Valet parking was also convenient especially since it can be hard to find public parking. We were able to store our luggage ahead of time and get valet parking prior to check in. We also enjoyed the full breakfast option.

The sink was a bit clogged, the door lock was a bit faulty, and one of the bedding had a blood stain. Check in also took a very long time despite the line not being very long. Overall the rooms were a bit old and needs a bit of updating.
