Lovely

Loved the staff here! So friendly and willing to go above and beyond. Location is perfect. Room is spacious and clean. Would definitely stay again.

Traffic noise outside, but its Chicago. Nothing you can really do about that.

Hassan from the front desk and his staff were fast and of great help to sort out my booking issue

Clean, quiet, super friendly staff, great location for my work.

Concrete ceilings for the room was different, but I get its part of the design.

Great location, lovely staff, decent facilities, clean room, but a bit spendy.

Staff were super friendly, helpful, polite, eager to help. Room was a good size, clean and nicely furnished. Gym was okay, my partner enjoyed the steam room.

No bath tub in the standard room. Quite expensive for what you get.

The room was very stylish, the service was very poor

The style of the room was nice, One girl Ashley behind the desk was great aside from that seriously disappointing i wouldn't stay in a Nobu again

The in room dinning is limited, the staff service level was poor, House keeping was poor, everything very much stops at 10am. Help was needed to get an early breakfast for a marathon they couldn't accommodate this even a bowl of dry granola and yoghurt in which could of been kept in the room they wouldn't allow.
