Nivaant is truly Nivaant.. peaceful and done in good taste !

The location of Nivaant is its USP ! Facing the mountains and open fields and lovely fresh air.. rooms which are carefully and tastefully done. Caretaker in the property Malti maushi very helpful and always smiling :) the cook provided Ruksana made some lovely dishes.. my entire family had a lovely time.. we could trek to the hilltop, visit the Bawli dam nearby for sunset.. all in all wonderful two days stay..

Nothing really.. just one small observation.. while approaching the property one has to go through the Rosewood gated community and it can get a bit confusing.. once you figure it out, its easy :)

It was a great experience !!!

The location was epic. It was a cosy stay there and the view was beautiful !! The villa and its open huge space was great. Overall it was a great experience.

Just a one thing that bother a bit was food outlets were not close by . So if u wish to try different food you need to plan and figure it out in advance.

Relaxing and great value for money.

It was great, well maintained property. The location is amazing with a mountain view (there is a fun 40-50 mins trek up the hill) and the house has a super cozy vibe.

A peaceful and rejuvenating stay

Being situated at a corner of Shree Venkatesh Nagar in Igatpuri, there are no properties and villas blocking beautiful view of farms, mountains. Sitting in the Villa, you can watch locals fetching water from nearby well. For trek enthusiasts, youcan go for a nice, easy trek on the mountains in front of you and look at the Igatpuri area, Mumbai-Nashik highway and the Bhavli dam from the mountain top. For lunch, the Grand Gardens resort is very close, 9 minutes walk from this Villa. They also provide delivery to the Villa. By vehicle you can reach Bhavli Lake, the biggest attraction, in 10 minutes from the Villa. Inside the Villa, you have a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, water purifier, fridge and all the utensils.

Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. I definitely recommend everyone to visit this place. I believe this is suitable for Family get togethers of 8 to 20. If an onsite cook can also be arranged to provide local cuisine, it will be icing on the cake.
