Wonderful stay with the best location Villa with wonderful wonderful weather. Best Christmas holiday ever.

Best location for shopping, restaurants, bars massage stores and club. Big Villa , beautiful swiming pool, KTV, quality aircon, lots of free snacks, good service. The property manager Nina took care of us very well. Helped us finding fun things to do, booked tours, prepared food for our picky kids. It was like staying at our home. Such a wonderful holiday for us.

No cooking spices. Sadly we gave up our pool side BBQ party plan. But since so many good restaurants nearby, no problem at all.

Comfortable!

Free breakfast with a good variety, accommodated to our diet (we had two vegetarians). They also gave us complimentary snacks and fruits throughout our stay so we did not stay hungry. The facilities were good, cleanliness was great, and the service from their staff, Guy was stellar. Guy connected through WhatsApp and the response was always swift and helpful. We also had complimentary airport transfer which was useful for my entourage of 7.

Very nice villa , helpful staff. Highly recommended for stay

Very helpful staff. Special thanks to Nina for her support and hospitality. The villa very clean and was topped up with water and snacks everyday. The pool very nice. Strongly recommend it for families.

The pool is open and surrounded with other hotels. It will be good to extend the shelter.

A great villa but very uncomfortable beds! Apart from the room downstairs which seemed to be ok.

It was a good location, front desk of hotel was very helpful.

The beds were incredibly hard, so uncomfortable that I actually hurt my back!

We had had a wonderful stay in the villa. The host and staff were extremely nice and helpful.

The villa is spacious and maintained to a high standard. It was cleaned on a daily basis during our stay. The sitting room is comfortable and large enough for 8 persons. The dining room and open kitchen are likewise clean, large and user-friendly. There is a barbecue stove near the swimming pool and we enjoyed a wonderful evening of pool-side barbecue. The host, Mr Pollapat Kantaputra and his wife are nice, very friendly and extremely helpful. We had had our breakfast in the hotel next to the villa. It is very convenient and the food was also good.

It would be perfect if more cooking equipment and basic cooking ingredients are provided in the kitchen.

Spacious room, friendly staffs, private swimming pool

Super friendly and helpful staffs and owners. Great location (heart of Chiang Mai's popular district: Nimman) close to several known bars & resto's. Very well equipped house e.g. baths, large TV's with Netflix, wifi, private swimming pool, washing & drying machine, oven, microwave, real kitchen, big fridge, etc. The breakfast can be requested e.g. various types of eggs, pancakes, french toast, ... the staffs are more than happy to help you.

Though the location is great but it has an unavoidable negativity: you'll hear the aircraft the whole day until the last flight. So when you'd like to sleep early, those jets' noises will wake you up. Breakfast buffet can be improved, in my humble opinion. We shared the breakfast place with the hotel which I'm not sure how much the hotel charges for breakfast, but we think the choices are on the limited side for international breakfast (European). Personally I'd hope to see more menu's e.g. bacon, sausages, cheeses, more fresh fruit juices, cereals, croissants, etc.
