Exceptional

Perfect location at walking distance from the airport. Clean, big rooms, friendly staff. Restaurant opened until 22:30. Highly recommended especially if you need a transit night for a flight from Bergamo early in the morning.

The rooms were nice and quiet and we got a good sleep. We had two rooms that were close to each other. You can walk from and to the airport (15 min) so no stress about transportation.

We are a family of 5. They didn't have one big room for us so we had to book two and that is expensive.

Disappointing

Over priced and taking advantage of airport passengers with no other option but to stay with them

The hotel is modern and well presented, it has WiFi and a 24hour "vending machine" which we didn't use but it was good to know it was there.

It's a bad location; the walk in the early hours of the morning is long and easy to get lost. The communication about booking the shuttle was poor, we booked it as requested 24hrs before and was told we were not on the list. They resolved it but it caused panic and frustration as we had already made the reservation. It is expensive and absolutly not worth the price we paid. It's a well presented budget hotel, and the price for the walk from the airport is not justified. There is not even complementary water in the room and during winter you cannot cool the room below 21c which for some people is too hot and if you have the window open you hear the airport and quickly start to freeze if it's winter. The room also had a bad smell and there were also people smoking in the property which you could smell coming into the room from somewhere in the corridor (so the staff of the hotel are not enforcing or checking compliance with the no-smoking rules and at 2am I cannot be bothered to call them to ask them to sort it out). There is no room service despite being next to an airport with people arriving at all kinds of late/unusual hours. It's really a disappointing scam due to the price and the above comments, I strongly do not recommend this place if you have alternative options.

Close to airport, had no other choice, freezing dirty room, one of the receptionist was a furious women

Near the airport

The women who was on the reception was not friendly The heating didnt work out ( worked in theory but it didnt give enough hot air ) I was freezing the whole night and I got sick because of that night. Anyway, air conditioning for such a freezing weather is not enough, and bad for the health.
