Best Western Hotel Piemontese

Great location, two minutes' stroll from the airport bus stop and main railway station. Spotlessly clean hotel with friendly multilingual staff.

Room faced on to a busy street, so there was quite a bit of noise from traffic. For some reason the hotel changes the Wifi code every single day. This means having to request a new code from reception each day of your stay.

The hotel is right next to the train station and bus stops. The shopping area is 5 min walking. The room was clean, stuff was friendly.

Internet connection was not so good.

Superb

Great - Great Western

Friendly staff, good location for the train station, warm & comfortable with a great shower.

Only disappointment was that the drink making facilities where not topped up after we had used them.

Good location but expensive for what it is

Spotlessly clean, friendly and helpful staff, hot, powerful shower. The location was perfect for what we needed.

Bed were quite hard as were the pillows, but that's a personal preference. The temperature in the room was hard to control, making it a not particularly comfortable night, expensive for what we got. We arrived at around 10:30pm, no bar or restaurant open. When asked whether we could get a drink we were told that there would be water in the mini bar. Not really what I'd expect from a 4 star hotel

Lovely stay in this convenient comfortable hotel.

We have been to Bergamo many times over the years. This time we planned to stay at Hotel Piemontese for one night on our way to the airport at the end of our holiday, but ended up missing our flight due to a taxi shortage, therefore we had to extend our holiday. We went to Lake Como for a few days and came back to Bergamo (again) on our way home This time we got the bus to the airport !!! We stayed in the hotel many years ago but it had been upgraded and hugely improved. We loved it for its convenience in terms of being right opposite the station and an easy walk to the centre of everything. We stayed in room 110 and we absolutely loved it. We have booked to go back for two nights on Boxing Day on our way to Brescia and can't wait to return.

Nothing really. We had no complaints at all. Maybe some warning about the taxi shortage would have been helpful as we couldn't get one (11th October) to the airport and missed our flight. In the past we have had no problem at all . This was absolutely not the fault of the hotel as we hadn't pre booked one and they did their absolute best to help us.

Nice stay

The hotel has an excellent location. The staff was very kind, and the check-in went smoothly. The breakfast was very good. The staff made sure that there was enough food and was regularly refilling if something was already taken away. I asked for hot milk and got it immediately. And I was asked even if I want something else like omelette or similar. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. I would definitely choose to stay again there.

The water under the shower was not draining out quickly. The shower gel was not refilled, although it had finished. It's a bit noisy from outside as the hotel is next to a roundabout and the train station. The area is not the best one for walks in the evening or at night.
