the room and bathroom and the friendly and helpful staff deserve 4 star rating.

The location is excellent, continental breakfast was good, room was well equipped, the staff were very friendly helpful and efficient

Beautiful hotel in fairytale city

Hotel is located in the beautiful central street near Piazza Veccia in the 13th century building. Room are very spacious, beds very comfortable, View from our room was perfect and we had terrace. Breakfast is very good. Staff at hotel kind and helpful. Special greeting to lady from our country who work at the reception. We recommend hotel with all our harts.

Excellent stay

This is a lovely place to stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful, it was spotlessly clean, breakfast was excellent and the location literally could not be better. Staff kept our luggage as we had a late flight and ordered a taxi for us. It is really good value for money. All in all an excellent stay and we highly recommend.

This is by no means a complaint but the stay would have been perfect if there was a fully functioning bar. There was a bar and drinks were available but this was more of an add on to reception. That said, I don't know if we'd have used it as there was so much going on in the area.

Above all this was a good experience and would return again

Room was very clean,TV with Netflix and good service and nice staff,very close to Piazza Vecchia 2 mins on foot

Stairs as you open the door to enter the hotel, no lift going in or out you have to take the stairs but I guess being in a very old building and busy area a lift cannot be made.
