My stay was great.

I really did love the Fori imperiali room it is so big compared to other hotels. The room overall was very comfortable to stay in. It is a beautiful room.

I did not like that room service ends early, usual hotels have room service pretty much all night, its quiet inconvenience because if you get back late to the hotel it is not easy to order anything.

Great location, very central, walking distance to major attractions. Quality interior design, friendly staff. Particularly liked Franceska who made a lovely introduction on check-in. She not only told us about the hotel, but also pointed out the location of attractions and answered any questions we had about the city. Thank you so much to her!

For the first time in our lives, we found it impossible to get into the suite due to a broken lock. We checked in, settled in, but after our first walk, we couldn't get into the suite. It turned out that this problem could not be solved immediately; we were sent by taxi to dinner and on our return we were offered another room. However, all the rooms offered were worse than the one we had paid for and checked into. So we took the risk of staying, and only the next day the lock was fixed. In short, no lock check was done before we checked in as new guests, which is just outrageous for a suite.

Great place to stay.

Nice view and location is great. John from the front desk who helps with luggage is very nice and polite. He gives good recommendation on where to go.

The layout of the room is not so great. We stayed in the suite that supposed to have balcony, but it wasnt really a balcony. There is a jacuzzi in the room that is in the living room which is quite odd.
