It is an amazing apartment in perfect location.

The location is perfect. Everything was so close by, especially if you wanted to dine on Southbank. Will hopefully be back again.

I really couldn't fault anything but if I had to it would be maybe more comfortable beds.

Stunning apartment in a great location.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views of the city. The apartment had everything we needed for our short stay, including a washing machine. Great location, very close to the river. Lots of restaurants and takeaways close by. Netflix was a bonus.

Key collection process was difficult. We booked last minute, arrived off our flight and made our way to collect the keys from the 'secret' location. Had to download the instructions and property rules, however my phone was getting low on battery and it was a little stressful. When I finally found the code to give to the person who was giving me the keys, it turned out the keys weren't there. Had to wait for someone to deliver the keys - it took 1.5 hours all up. Couldn't access the gym room and the hallways and foyer (not the apartment itself) had a very strong chemical odour. The host did try to rectify the access to the gym, however it was too late by the time we'd heard back.

Spectacular view and great location

Best view in melbourne. Great location. Lovely having 2 full bathrooms. The host was very fast in replying to any questions we had. The elevator system was amazing once you worked it out - faster than most 3 floor buildings that i have been in - and very rarely stops to pick up other passengers during your 30+ floors trip. Pool/sauna/steam room is definitely a bonus - but pity we did not have access to gym.

The instructions were clear but they were sent via such a large document that you need the dropbox app to open it, which can be challenging when you are travelling - and it was too large to email to have on my phone. Also so many pages - so cumbersome to print out. Perhaps convert to a smaller file. Bottle disposal was inconvenient - not allowed to be discarded on floor - needed to take it downstairs and ask reception to open up waste area. With such a lovely place, it was a pity that the bed mattress quality was poor (both bedrooms). However the positives definitely out weigh the negatives and we hope to make this our regular place for melbourne trips.

Amazing location right behind crown. Views are spectacular. Kitchen is fully equipped. Appropriate changes have been made to include top sheets, proper doonas and a spare blanket on each bed. Everything was clean and immaculately presented, check in/out instructions easy to follow.

We had no toilet paper in either bathroom when we arrived, but this was rectified quickly after I sent a message. This was obviously just an oversight by housekeeping.

Great views. Great location. Very close to Crown & Southbank. Clean . Comfortable. Great for a group or a family.

Being in a residential apartment building there is no bag drop facility if you arrive before check in but we worked it out

Very good

Amazing views and great location

The location was perfect. Very close to Crown Casino, Restaurants, Cafes, DFO, Public transport, Yarra River & Eureka Tower. The apartment is on level 37. The view is spectacular especially at night when the Crown Casino fire show is on display.

The beds was not comfortable especially the queen bed. You can feel the springs. Also there wasn't a flat top sheet. Comforter bedding was used instead of duvets. We really felt the cold. It wasn't warm enough. Duvets should be used instead of Comforters for a place like this. We also didn't have hot water. This should have been checked by the cleaner or the manager.

Stunning views. Modern apartment. Secure parking included. Good facilities including pool, spa, sauna.

No top sheets on beds. Thin mattresses on beds. Poor positioning of AC unit. Instructions should be a lot clearer re carpark address location. Information re key collection needs to be sent out much earlier (at least 24 hours prior as most people aren't checking emails all the time whilst on holidays - a text message should be sent to alert an incoming email). This would allow for planning when there is limited street parking in the area. Better still, why not simply have the keys collected at the reception desk of the Prima Apartment building like at any other hotel??? Even the staff at the Prima Apartments were mystified as to this means of key collection. Made the whole experience feel a bit clandestine having to go into a nearby convenience store and provide a secret code!! Finally, the complex has a name: Prima Apartments, so why call it Next to Crown? It's actually across the road too.
