Wonderful stay! Will stay here again

Nice big rooms and heaps of toilets which made travel with my teenage son easier! House was clean and in a wonderfully quiet street.

Boys said that the downstairs shower was awkward to get into as the door swings the wrong way.

Very good

Really enjoyed it and was great for a big group visiting Rod Laver Arena.

Location was excellent for Melbourne sports precinct and local pubs and restaurants.

Plumbing needs a little work.

Fantastic Host - Highly Recommend

David was very accommodating in helping us be able to extend our stay. The town house is spacious and clean with everything you need. It is close to the train station, tram stops and Barkley Gardens if you have kids wanting some extra space to run around.

Parking was not ideal but we have a very large 4WD which made it tricky. Ideal for sedans. And a permit for parking is included.

Great location, friendly host. Recommended for large groups and families.

David was a very friendly host that was very helpful and offered me early check in which helped a lot. Great location, close to restaurants and public transport. The house is small, clean and cosy. Central heating was very useful for the cold Melbourne weather.

House is old but still well maintained. Didnt have bbq facilities but that was fine because lots of restaurants nearby.

Location was excellent, easy walking to facilities, city and public transport

The parking isnt great for the size of property. Not a drama for people flying in but for a larger group with multiple cars it was tricky but not insurmountable.

Super location, great size, and excellent host, let down a little bit by internal finish.

Location was excellent and just a short walk to many cafes and public transport options. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms suited the size of our family requirements. Host was accommodating of travelling with a senior person with regard to check-in and check-out times.

The overall finish and furnishing were less than expected and cleanliness (unfinished and rough internal painting and needed to dust beside cupboard to put things away ). Difficulties with parking in close proximity to the property, though a permit was provided, it was a very busy street. Backyard a bit unkept though spacious.
