Just OK

The rooms are great, very big, comfortable beds, fridge, clean. The luggage porters and the parking man are wonderful, very kind and friendly. Hasna on reception was also helpful.

The breakfast is awful. Really bad. You are charged 124MAD which is 10 and it is not worth it. The food is below par, and it is extremely expensive. If you can, go out of the hotel. Two of the restaurant managers (males) were not friendly at all and very dismissive, we were also not told we could order things if we needed them, really bad communication. We are very friendly tourists and we also have Moroccan family but we were shocked by some of the treatment. Most of the reception staff aside from Hasna are not friendly. There was one woman who dealt with us the night we arrived and she was bordering on aggressive, it was very unsettling. We will have absolutely no idea why she was so confrontational given we were just trying to sort out keys to our room. One of the strangest things was that we were booked in for 2 nights and on the 2nd night we went all the way up to our room and the keys were not working so went back down to reception and we were told the keys only work for 24 hours and have to be activated again - WOW. This is really bad communication, especially for residents who might have mobility issues. The hotel is really not worth the money unfortunately. A lot of work to be done.

Superb

The best hotel experience in Casablanca.

It is an amazing experience I had with the hotel. I dealt with Hasnaa at the reception, she was very welcoming and friendly. The room is quite spacious for one individual. It's also very clean.

Lovely hotel with plenty of access to restaurants and tram line.

Very comfortable bed. Fresh clean hotel with lovely pool and spa facilities. Right on the tram line, so easy to get around the city. Lovely bathroom. Used the car service to get to the airport and it was a spacious and clean vehicle.

The hotel didn't have their electronic payments system working, so needed to go to ATM and get cash. When I booked I chose a room that looked like it had big window with a city view, but our room had a small window no view. I should have asked for a different room-but was very tired and just wanted to rest. Not sure if they would have changed it for us.

Pretty average value for the price

Good restaurant buffet and very friendly restaurant staff such as Issan and Hassan.

The pool was advertised as being part of the deal, but cost 50 to use, which is outrageous. The room rate was a bit pricey.

Very good

Modern, new and clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows, good air con, elevators. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Abit far from the busy part of town, the pool was at an extra charge (650 MAD or 65 euro for 2 people for 45 minutes) with no option to just use pool without the hydra massage component. No balcony in room, just windows which open up.
