The reception staff is not professional. They withdrew the amount twice and still have not returned it. They also charged more than what was indicated in the booking.

Besviken. Disappointed.

Not much.

1) Location is bad. Far away from everything. 2) We had a room with a ocean view. It was not. The ocean is far away. If you like looking over the port, and thousands of containers, this is your hotell. 3) We paid a lot of money for our room, but breakfast was not included. Breakfast was very ordinary - but very expensive. About 30 euro per person! Ridicoulus. 4) We tried the room service. Nothing worked. We got wrong dishes, at the wrong time. When we tried to call (four times) no one answered. This is not a five star hotell.
