The Casablanca hotel offers spacious, comfortable rooms with exceptional views. The restaurant's terrace is great for drinks with a view. While the service is friendly, it can be slow. The food is no (Read More)t exceptional and the wine options are limited. Despite the negative aspects of the city itself, the hotel is highly recommended for those staying in Casablanca. However, if possible, it is advised to visit Rabat instead for a cleaner and friendlier experience.

The location was amazing, close to everything . The bed is very comfortable and huge . I slept well. The cleaning stuff is so amazing and nice .

I must admit that the hotel has some areas that could benefit from significant improvement. Here is my honest review: The elevator required attention. The elevator felt old and outdated, causing concern about its reliability and safety. Upgrading the elevator would not only reassure guests but also provide a more comfortable and convenient experience. Now, onto the breakfast. I must confess, it was underwhelming. The options were extremely limited and lacked variety. The offerings were basic, leaving much to be desired. A wider selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot food choices would greatly improve the breakfast experience for guests. A little more creativity and effort in presentation could make all the difference. Despite these drawbacks, I must mention that I did find a few positives during my stay. The staff members were polite and helpful, providing satisfactory service whenever I needed assistance. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options. In conclusion, while this hotel has potential, it currently falls short in some critical areas. A renovation of the exterior and elevator, along with an overhaul of the breakfast options, would significantly enhance the guest experience. With these improvements, this hotel could truly shine and provide a more enjoyable stay for its guests.

The Doormen were friendly and helpful. The location

The staff at Reception were rude - very snotty. The waitstaff at the bar were slow and unfriendly. The breakfast buffet was 30 dollars per person and was not that good. We had breakfast at every other hotel where we stayed in Morocco that was excellent - and INCLUDED with the price. Its not bad for a one night stay on your way to the airport, but if we are ever in Casablanca again we will not stay there.

Location is perfect closer to all top restaurants and boutiques.

Hotel room was so noisy from the street cars hardly slept. Staff were unhelpful and nosy. I asked for a Taxi that never arrived. had to find my own way.
