Lovely hotel, great staff, close to beach & would highly recommend, we will be back for sure! Thanks

Loved the gardens, close to beach, loved the bungalows & staff were great!!

Every thing perfect! Next time just need to bring swimming goggles as chlorine sting eyes a bit, but not a big deal & all pools do that.

Misleading, not explained well.

Room is ok. Pool is ok. Near to the beach.

The resort advertises a "free airport transfer," but it's important to note that this service is only available from 7 am to 5 pm. This detail isn't mentioned in the booking information or during the booking process, which is misleading. As such, if you need to depart before 7 am, the transfer is not complimentary. We chose this hotel based on the promise of a free transfer, but the hotel didn't honor this, nor did they offer any solution when we raised the issue.

An amazing resort

A really lovely resort which was as good as it looked online. The room was perfect with a really comfy bed and the setting was beautiful. The location was very close to the airport but not noisy at all. The beach over the road was gorgeous and local food really good too. We had massages through the hotels friendly and nice staff too which and the massages were brilliant and really good value too. Would highly recommend.

The structure of the hotel is really good, but the coffee break should have more options western.

Excellent authentic hotel

Very authentic, clean and very helpful and happy staff. Very accommodating and responsive and it has a quite and relaxing feeling that is a great place for families and relaxing times. Its only 2 min walk to a very secluded part of the beach and 5 min walk from the Main Street and restaurants of Naiyang.

The 2 rooms are NOT interconnected if you have family with small kids. They are adjacent but only have the front door so you need to go out one room to go inside another room.
