Nothing fancy but, okay for the price.

It's ok for the price.

There are no curtains in the villa. Very tiny pice of soap for two rooms. The AC remotes are very old.

Very good

A great weekend break in a great location to access Unawatuna.

We stayed in the main villa. This has 1 bedroom, living area and a small kitchen with everything you need to cook and a fridge/freezer. We also had a second bedroom which was just outside the front door to the property. The property is set behind large gates and was very private and secure. The are several other rooms that can be rented. The property has a medium size swimming pool which was approx 3ft deep so great for our 7 yr old to swim safely in. We stayed in the off-season so we had the whole place to ourselves. The owners are great. Very helpful and friendly. They offered to prepare food if required so I think if you had a large group or family this place would be ideal.

There are a couple of things that needed fixing. The pump for the swimming pool was not working, however the water was clean for us to use. The kettle was not usable so we used a pot to boil water. The WIFI was not working but there was good 4g coverage. These small things are being rectified by the owner. We stayed in the off-season so generally this is when maintenance is carried out on the properties ready for the high season. Nothing impacted our stay. We really enjoyed it.
