Very good

Beautiful location, friendly staff.

Service area on the beach was terrible. Orders were frequently wrong, twice waited over an hour and told that the original order was no longer available. After the third day stopped using that facility as this is not acceptable.

Really nice hotel overall. Super good location and our room was really nice.

There is almost no vegetarian option, so it is not convenient for us. We need to get out to have food every meals.

The location of the hotel is excellent if you prefer to stay a bit further away from the busiest spots. There is a shuttle bus to the walking street in the evening so you will get there easily to have dinner. Our room was very big and clean with nice view to the pool and sea. Breakfast was good with nice view. Friendly staff and well maintained property.

Shower strangely positioned in the middle of bathroom. We had a huge balcony and it would have been nice to have some sun loungers there. Our room was on the second floor and close to pool but to get to the pool, you actually need to walk quite a bit because you cannot access the pool form between the houses. Luckily we did not have anyone staying on the room below us so we could sneak through their terrace :) So stairs from the second floor to pool would be nice.

After spending the day out, we came back to the room and it was clear that someone was laid on our bed! The shape was still on the pillow! We called someone from reception to see it. He took photos and said they will check with the housekeeper. We never received any apologies neither an explanation.

The location was excellent, near one of the best beaches, the rooms were new and clean, and the breakfast had a very large variety and large quality

For us was not a problem, but going to the beach requires descending a steep (and long) stair; a towel service at the swimming pool would have been perfect

Memorable, beautiful surroundings

The location is superb! The pool is good and the Room is big and comfortable and the bathroom despite being simple, is very comfortable and has a rainfall shower. The breakfast is big and included a great selection of delicious fresh fruits. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to Walking street every 20 minutes between 6 and 10 in the evening which is very convenient too. The beach bar has decent nibbles and good cocktails too. They have a rental service for kayaks, stand up paddle boards and snorkels. The hotel dog, hot dog, was one of the highlights too

We really liked the place. My husband did mention that he would have loved if they served pork.

A superb hotel with great staff! Worth every penny

The location is perfect. Quite a steep walk down to the beach but simply stunning. The free shuttle bus to walking street makes life easy and the staff couldnt do enough to help you.

Great place to be!

I love the location of the hotel and the beach, which was not crowded. Love the buffet breakfast and their generous amount of food and selection.

Spacious room

We love breakfast that is variety and delicious. We love the spaciousness of the room. We like the friendly and helpful staff.

We booked a double room with a pool view but instead we got a double room with a garden view. We were also not told anything about a room change and no refund. The phone line is also difficult to answer but you have competent staff to solve my big problem when a big cockroach entered my bathroom.
