A little slice of paradise

Adang Island resort was a really refreshing stay. The bungalows could do with a bit of work and refurbishing, but this didnt impact our stay. The free boat taxi over to Koh Lipe and the free use of kayaks was the highlight for us. Plus this resort has a private beach and a swimming pool. We highly recommend grabbing a kayak and doing the 20 minute journey around to the national park beach. The restaurant was good, a bit over priced but why not, when there is only one to go to without going over to Koh Lipe. The staff were fantastic. They knew exactly what we were doing and when, and were very accommodating with boat times and breakfast times given our early ferry.

Relax and enjoy the national park away from the crowd!

Secluded, quiet resort in a national park, right in front of the more famous and crowded Koh Lipe. The staff was great, always helpful, accomodating, and efficient. On the first night our water heater was not working, they sent technicians right away and fixed it in 5 minutes! The room was spacious, cozy and clean, with a big bathroom and entrance on the forest side. There are kayaks available for free, you can easily paddle to desert beaches and a snorkeling site nearby. Or if you're not into kayaking, just snorkel on the coral reef right in front of the resort! You can also go trekking in the forest, there are hiking routes from the resort to the pirates' waterfall (30 minutes) or viewpoints. You can easily go to Koh Lipe in less than 10 minutes using the resort's boat, they go back and forth 4 times a day. When we arrived, they also arranged a boat to pick us up in Koh Lipe out of their schedule; same for the check out, we could stay until 12. Just remember you have to enter the water to get on the long-tail boat, so do not wear shoes nor long pants! The resort's restaurant is great, the thai food is delicious! Breakfast is also very good and abundant, you can choose between 4 different options, plus they always bring bread and jam and fresh fruit. We had a great time here, I would definitely recommend this resort, it's perfect to visit Koh Lipe and the Tarutao national park and still enjoy some relax away from the crowd. The staff is a real plus, always available and smiling.

Siam's Paradise Island

This island paradise resort was exceptional! The sea is amazing, the staffs are friendly, and the nature adventures were never ending in its wonders

Sadly, there are no shops on the island. So we had to purchase everyday groceries etc. from Koh Lipe and carry it by boat to the island. Nonetheless, this is a negligible matter as the island was awesome in every sense possible.

Amazing stay in the Adaman sea

Its a perfect place if you want to relax and stay in a quiet place. The island is amazing with not only paradise beach but also a cool waterfall and a view point to hike. They have kayaks and stand up paddle that you can take for free, and a beach front swimming pool. And if you want to go around koh lipe they offer free boat at certain schedule to go and back from there, which is super helpful (incl one coming back at 20:30 which enables you to have dinner there if you would like). In summary we loved our stay in Koh Adang, we booked for 3 nights but ended up staying 6!

Just the furniture is a bit older and needs maintenance.

We loved how peaceful it is on the island, along with many activities to do such as snorkeling, kayaking, and hiking. Truly a great escape, if you're looking for something calm I'd highly recommend staying here. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Wifi was a bit spotty, but not a big deal really as we were there to unplug a bit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Adang Island Resort. The communication after booking was great and we were collected from Koh Lipe by their free tailboat without any hassle. All the staff were very helpful from the minute we arrived and helped us with our bags to the reception/restaurant, where we were welcomed with a cold drink. The lady who checked us in was absolutely brilliant and gave us all the information we needed to make the most of our stay before we were shown to our room. We found the rooms to be spacious and clean, but they would definitely benefit from a fridge. The pool and the outside area was clean and well maintained and offered a lovely view of Koh Lipe and a relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed the inclusive breakfast and all the other meals that we ate at the resort and thought the prices were reasonable. The free tailboat to and from Koh Lipe was an added bonus along with the use of the resorts snorkels and kayaks. There are washing machines on site which is handy too. Overall I think it's a nice place to stay and you can see that the staff are really making an effort to give their guests an enjoyable experience.
