Can hear everything the neighbor My bungalow could not have a mosquito net. Depends which type you're in. Staff not really good in English Overpriced during high season

Nice stay for good price

Nice people, good food, good view from the restaurant, nice 'private' beach. Good location, close to the Walking Street.

Extremely noisy, squeaky bed. Many mosquitos inside of room after staff cleaned room with door open.

Superb

This was our 2nd stay here, we love the location and the rooms are spacious and all have terraces. The first room we were given this time had faulty air con and they moved us straight away to a room with perfectly working air son.It's very good value for money. We'll definitely be returning.

A brilliant stay,friendly staff, great location, minutes from Walking Street, Pattaya Beach.

Great location, own private beach crystal clear waters, the staff are excellent will watch your belonging while you swim in the sea. the place was quiet at night, just a fantastic stay, will stay much longer next time.

Nothing too much if I had to nitpick, maybe a bigger fridge, but they had every thing in the room from mosquito repellent, umbrellas, Flip/flops (thongs) tea and coffee making facilities.

The rooms are large and comfortable and right on the beach. Beach towels are provided. Walking street is a few minutes away. Really enjoyed our stay here.

It would be better if they had the facility to refill reusable water bottles rather than give out new plastic bottles everyday, but still it's nice to have water provided each day!

Quiet clean shabby, poor value for money

Location was ok. It was quiet staff were lovely

Very basic compared to similar priced hotels elsewhere in Thailand. No proper wardrobe, safe, slippers, basic bathroom - a bit shabby. The bungalow was labelled budget, which again I didnt expect from the description on booking.com the beach nearby was a boat park rather than the empty beach that was implied, very basic breakfast - fruit plus one item.

Very good

We had a lovely stay here. If we come back to Lipe we will definitely stay again.

The location of the bungalows is lovely. Short walk to almost everything.

There are sand fleas on the beach, extremely active after a rain. My daughter was severely bitten and ended up in the clinic. We were told by the doctor that this beach is for boat storage, not swimming. Just be aware.

Superb

Great stay

Loved the location, very close to restaurants and on the beach front. We got a free upgrade to a larger room which was super spacious. Staff were nice. Nice hassle free stay.

Breakfast was nice but very basic. Some fruit would be great. The rubbish on the beach. Our first day it was really bad. I think each resort should clean up its own beach front. The rest of the days it was better but very much still present. I dont think this is the resorts fault but I really do believe everyone needs to be conscious of there waste to not destroy this beautiful island. It would be cool to see some initiatives from the resort that reduce the use of plastic.
