Good

We enjoyed Koh Lipe very much and would be back. Hotel was great, improvements needed on the rooms.

The location is perfect. They have complimentary coffee and tea for guests till 8pm. They picked us up from the walking street and sent us for out boat trip back to Pak Bara Pier. Their pool is beautiful. Suitable for families.

We stayed in room 603 and was only given 1 set of key. They said that they did not have another set. It was quite troublesome as my husband wants to go out to the streets in the afternoon and my son wants to play in the waters, we didn't have the comfort of going back to the room anytime without waiting for the other person. The room also did not have a place to hang wet swimwear, but I saw that the other rooms had a bamboo clothes rack outside.

Happy, but disappointed.

The facilities were great for a family. Everything you need. Staff were friendly. Breakfast had everything you needed. Complimentary hot drinks during the day was welcomed & appreciated. Great to have kayaks to hire. Walking distance to walking street & the beaches on this side of the island. The pool was lovely too. We appreciated the ferry transfers also.

We are a family of four. When booking I asked if there was a chance to have a big room with an adjoining room for our children. I was told no. We had to have two rooms. When we arrived, one of our rooms had an adjoining room. It had spare mattresses in it. We asked why we could not use it. We were told it was for storage. It was like this for 6 nights. On our last night the adjoining room was made up with a double bed & a couple moved into it. They were very noisy that night and we were never told that a couple would be in a room that adjoined ours. We were unhappy about this. We were paying over $400 SGD for both rooms and were very disappointed that even though we contacted the property while booking, they couldnt meet our request, but then rented it to people. We will not stay at ANDA again, as we feel that we were taken advantage of and that we wasted about $1500 on another room. We could have used the adjoining room the whole time & they could have rented the bigger room to other guests. This way our family would not have been separated in different rooms & we would not have had to to pay the very large sum of money that we did. It is our most expensive accommodation in 8 years of travelling as a family.

The staff was amazing super nice and professional! The place is beautiful! They give you water everyday They made our stay so pleasent I felt home.

The breakfast, for me didn't work, they just had 2 options of fruit the same everyday, the only thing changing daily is the actual food that for me was more for lunch and dinner they were surving for breakfast, would be nice to have mini croissants and others types of bread. They had really good pancakes but Im gluten and lactose intolerant so I couldn' t eat much of them For the price we paid would be nice to be able to have gluten free and lactose free pancakes and thr wi fi was bad.

Nice hotel, great location.

Good traditional build hotel kept to a good standard with a decent room size. The pool is great, nice size and clean. The breakfast and bar/restaurant is good quality with a varied mix on offer. Staff were lovely, helpful, and friendly.The location is also good, not far from walking street. It was a great fist trip and stay in Koh Lipe, I will be back.

The shower was rather underpowered, and the bed was on the firm side. There are not enough sunbeds around the pool, and some of the sun shades were broken.

Beuatiful place on a beach

Loved their restaurant terrace the most - would spend so much time there just drinking coffee and looking at the sea. Room was spacious and clean, bathroom too - big shower area, there is a mini fridge, kettle. Loved the balcony. Breakfast was ok, variety of options. Good wifi around the whole resort, I was able to have calls in the room.

Price is on a higher end, but the whole Koh Lipe is expensive.

Our room was a beachfront and its perfect. Perfect definition of a beachfront room. Located at sunrise beach which is a 5 minute walk to walking street. Very convenient.

Id stay again

Perfect location - direct access to Sunrise beach, very good breakfast, spacious room, very helpful staff. I had an issue with water in bathroom, it was quickly resolved. WiFi was good and stable. Also very nice that we were picked up from pier and taken straight to resort upon arriving to the island.
