The location was good and the front desk employees were nice.

The small room was horrible and we paid $289 per night. It was very outdated with 1980's booth table seating. There was a strong chemical cleaning product smell that overpowered the room. The front desk gave us a neutralizing spray to spray into the air conditioning filter and told us to run the air conditioning (in winter) It did not help. There was no shampoo or toiletries, but you could buy them in the vending machine down stairs. The linens were thin dingy white and we were so cold but needed to run the air because of the smell. They provided one flat pillow per person.. We made a point to get back to the room very late at night and left early every morning. We did not get a good night's sleep because the accommodations were so uncomfortable. I would not stay there again even if it was free.

Very good

Staff was very accommodating, the room was clean, and the bathroom had a bathtub as well as shower. The walls were thick enough that not much noise carried from the neighboring rooms. Both air conditioning and heat worked well.

Great location, good value for price!

Super convenient to Santa Anita racetrack for The Breeders Cup. Room was fairly clean and property was mostly quiet.

No housekeeping unless it was requested. I asked for clean towels and was told I had to bring my used towels to the office to switch them out. Bedsheets were never changed over a 5 night stay. Used Q-Tip on the floor of my room.

Disappointing

We were a little disappointed, the young lady on the desk was very nice

For a deluxe room it was very disappointing, smelt strongly of cigarettes, there was to much noise from other rooms and outside, lots of arguing going on, definitely did not get a good nights sleep!

In the morning a beautiful peacock walked on the territory and lifted my spirits

understand that the motel has been in business for 50 years. but this does not mean that everything that breaks in furniture does not need to be replaced. there was a hole in the bathroom, I was scared to take a shower. it was also dirty. the mirror by the sink had terrible stains, the towel rack was covered with questionable old splashes, there were sticky stains on the floor. It was unpleasant to be in this room. There was also a strange smell coming from the heater. The phone was dirty and had someone's hair on it.
