Superb

Highly recommend, will be staying here when I come back.

It is clean, well designed, the restaurant is very good. The bar staff know how to make cocktail. There is a washer dryer. Air con is great, bed is comfy, shower is hot and high pressure. I honestly cant fault it.

Is perfect staying in Moose and would come back again.

The atmosphere of the hotel is very cosy and welcoming. Is also very near to Central Festive mall.

The reception staff who served me during the check in is 2 ladies staff. Who is v rude , unfriendly. The following day I want to check some stuff with the receptionist, the lady staff was playing games on the phone when I interrupted her she gave me an irksome look.

Spacious rooms with all day snacks and drinks available at the lobby. Pool is not big but good enough for kids. 7 Eleven just outside the hotel. Good variety for breakfast. Self-service washing machine available in hotel (THB 50 per load)

Nothing. Nearest shopping center 1km away but hotel offers free one way tuk tuk to locations within 2km (at point of stay)

Some kind of smell when walking into the room even that the room is quite new and clean. Recommend to use air fresher/cleaner to create the fresh air in the all areas of the hotel.

Beautiful aesthetic, polite kind staff, comfortable beds. Interesting location

Rooms are great, the aesthetic for the restaurant area is beautiful. Free hotel tuktuk to the shopping center which is really useful. Staff are very kind!

Its right next to highway (obviously given the name) the pool is infront of restaurant so not really comfortable to swim, also very shallow 1.4m

Exceptional

Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Chiang Mai.

Really liked how friendly the staff was, the snacks in the coffee area was a nice touch and the property was clean. We also enjoyed seeing the goats every morning on our way to breakfast.

Didnt like the beds. We found the beds on the hard side. The pool also faces towards the highway so its a bit noisy.
