Very good

Oceanfront room. We were able to bring our dog. Right on the board walk.

Air conditioner broke. Restaurant only had 1 person working as a waiter and cook, took a long time to get served.

Superb

I liked the location. Was quite comfortable in room. I especially like the small kitchenette area. Parking was very good. Room was clean and pretty well kept.

The only negative was the really small negative was the really small bathroom. Also the fact that there was just one ice machine located on first floor Although I had no problem getting ice since it was off season I imagine it might be an issue during the high season.

Loud between walls, sounded like a herd of elephants above me. If you bounce or walk on balcony on second floor it feels like its going to fall, it moves. Weird feeling
