Very satisfactory, good location.

Very affordable and clean. Comfy beds.

Our only complaint was the continental breakfast. Very poor and limited selection. My wife is diabetic and couldnt eat the packaged pastries or sugary yogurt that was offered. Opt for a cheaper room rate and go find breakfast elsewhere. I wouldnt call what was offered breakfast.

Nice facilities and clean! Horrible morning staff and deactivation of key cards on day of checkout before 12pm bad busin

Location and it was clean

The staff were never around. Our key cards were deactivated at 6am the day of departure. We went downstairs to load our car and to grab something from the ridiculous thing they called breakfast. We went to go back to our room before going to my husbands medical procedure and we couldnt get back in our room. We couldnt find any staff to reactivate our key card for 15 minutes and had to leave for my husbands appointment 40 minutes away. I had to drive back in traffic to get the rest of our things out of our room 2 hours round trip because of traffic because of the staff was nowhere to be found. Then I tried to get a cup of coffee at 7:30 am from the breakfast area, no coffee!!!!! Go to find stafff.cant find staff!!!!! Ridiculous! The complimentary continental breakfast food choices a joke if there was anything actually there and you had to be there before 7am I guess for coffee! Horrible customer service because you cant find anyone in the morning.

They breakfast is super bad just some microwave breakfast sandwiches and bagels this needs to be better than this. It a really nice place they need a better breakfast.

Location, price,friendly staff. Easy to get to,located across from a Mission BBQ and Outback steak house. Their is also a Wegmans within walking distance. The room was very clean,and comfortable bed. Staff very helpful, allowed me to check in early without charging me.

Have never been to a Microtel before--had dental surgery at site 3 hrs from my home and had to attend a funeral in Croften the next day. A neighbor told me about the Inn which was about 10 minutes from the church I was going to attend the next day. I was not feeling so well after the surgery and everything about the place was just perfect for me. I needed clean and comfortable without stress. Young man at the desk was so pleasant and helpful. Great experience ( and in this current society very RARE )

Worst night ever

The Queen beds were comfortable. The room too except the walls so thin that we can understand the TV of the neighbor...

The breakfast was only processed food, nothing warm, nothing fresh ! We spent here the most horrible night ever, rude neighbors watched their TV the entire night !!!Impossible to sleep between the slammed doors and the noise. I deeply regret to have come in this hotel.
