Disappointing

It's worth the money if want a cheap stay in central Hanoi. But the door needs fixing ASAP

The room was nice and the price cheap. You're not too far from anything. Host was super good in communication.

!!! The door doesn't close properly. It can easily be opened from the outside. This needs to be fixed. We only discovered on the last evening and did not feel safe !!! At first a trash can was missing but was brought by housekeeping. Also the bed is on the harder side if you like that it's fine. The location is a bit hard to find and some grabs didn't pick us up correctly. Also the house floor is a little loud but mostly quiet between 11pm and 8am. Outside of those times there are often people sitting in the house floor and talking or even motorbikes going in/out.

Owner is nice and easily reachable. Room is value for money.

Bathtub is not fully functional. No drinking water facility. No host available to help you on location. Location is hard to access by cab drivers.

Quite far from the old town. My room was at the ground floor, without proper natural light.

Good and clean room, friendly stuff

Building construction opposite to apartment, workers made big noise all day and especially at night. If you want to sleep at night, it's not good place for it

Disappointing

Good and not goo

I liked localizaton. Size of the room was okey. Was nice that apartament has a balcony with view on tree, vietnamese family downstairs. Moreover apartament is well secured, you can enter the building only with code. Tiny bathroom but hot water and all facitilites working well.

First. Bed wasn't too comfortable. For me was okey because I like hard materace, but my boyfriend didn't sleep well. Second. We didn't get any cover (duvet / blanket) at first, I have informed about it the owner but he didn't believed me at all. I had to change with him many messages to insist him to give us a cover before the night. At the end we got the duvet. Third. From the pictures I understood that the room has a bath, but it didn't. Fourth. Moreover there's not written on the website that the check-out time is 12pm. We argued about it with owner, at the end we could left our luggages on the ground floor.
