It was ok but I will look for other hotel options next time in Interlaken.

The location and the rooms with view were good

The receptionist was very nice but she was not knowledgeable. We lost time, while later the information office in the city was a much better source of information and advice on what to do in the city. The balcony door in one of the rooms was damaged and we couldnt open it, and in the other room the heating was not working. There was no water or coffee maker in the rooms. The hotel has an area near the spa where customers can go for free water and coffee, which is not a convenient arrangement especially for the money paid to stay in the hotel. The sauna area is very small. The jacuzzi is cold (-0), which is not mentioned on the hotel website.

Very nice hotel. Room was nice apart from the smell

Very nice modern hotel in a superb location with stunning views.

Very strong over powering air-freshener/perfume/cleaner smell in the room. Like it was masking something else? In the morning the smell had dispersed to some degree leaving a smell of cigarettes...........

Highly recommended

We stayed there twice in 10 days. Hotel location is really helpful for a tourist. Hotel is re modeling the rooms and we got he the chance to try both old and new rooms, and believe me, both are nice. Staff are really really nice specially Christel Suter, whim she helped us return my wife wedding ring which we forgot in the hotel after chickout.
