Dont forget to go to the bar ! Very Cosy place !

Its automatic check in , but the owners wine bar is few steps away , I can easily access if I have questions! The hotel is very simple designed with class ! I like it very much !

The staff were friendly. We were able to check in early. Bed was really comfortable. Shared kitchen available.

Very expensive for what you get but that seems like everywhere in Interlaken. Room is small. Sound proofing isnt great particularly from the guests in the room above ours - could hear them walking around constantly.

Good for couples

I like the stayed in the hotel, self check in is easy and I have received my room before the time. WiFi is good and the location of the hotel is close to the shops and 7 min to metro station. Good for couples and bed was comfortable . Thanks for free chocolate and coffee.

There is no lift but that is not bad as long you carry small bag

It was necessary for us to contact the owner of the hotel when checking in even though it was a self check in kiosk. The kiosk presented said we still owed for the reservation, but we paid in full for the booking on Priceline.com and had a receipt upon arrival. The owner was very pleasant and kind. He said we needed to pay since the kiosk as he had not been paid by Priceline. After calling Priceline and jumping through a million hoops, about 45 minutes later, we were granted access to our room. Upon opening the door to our room the most atrocious smell came rolling out. The room itself smelt like straight sewer. So much so that we immediately checked the toilet to make sure nothing had been left in it and we had to sleep with the window open all night. The location of the property is great, but overall the stay was very much so a mess upon arrival with the booking through Priceline and the smell that just about caused us to up and leave in the middle of the night.

The room and kitchen were very clean. I like the self check process, it wasn't smooth for me but I got the support needed quite promptly.

The size of the room but it was clearly stated when I made a reservation. Just be prepared.

OK but could certainly improve. Self check-in problematic.

OK building and good location.

Room was cramped, not particularly comfortable, the bathroom was tight and acoustically not isolated from the bedroom. Had to move out a lamp out of the room for the night to have enough space to move around.

Very good

My first time to have this self check-in experience, was quite good and smooth. Not a fancy hotel, quite cost effective and in a lovely location. You can still tell the history of the room, which is a good thing if you like see something different comparing to non-Switzerland hometown.

The lights were a bit dark, might not be the best for children (to read a book).

The hotel is conveniently situated within a short 10-minute walk from the bus station. Upon check-in, we received a complimentary public transport pass for the duration of our stay. The ground floor features a kitchen available for cooking dinner, adding a practical touch. Overall, the room was clean and provided a comfortable stay.
