brilliant place to host a family snow holiday

Very roomy, well laid out and exactly what my group of 17. The owners were very receptive to any issues we had and fixed them immediately.

Comfortable and happy staying at City Chalet.

The owner was very responsive and helpful. Location was a short walk from Interlaken West train station and the route was flat and smooth, pushing our big luggages was easy. Minutes away there are good Coop supermarket and Migros supermarket that sells ready packed food and groceries. Apartment has a functional kitchen well stock with utensils, microwave, oven, cooker for our needs. Minutes away there is a tourist information centre with very helpful and friendly counters staff who helped us to book our activities. Apartment environment was nice and ideal as a base to explore the region.

The apartmen very clean and well equiped Matt Horn the owner also give clear explanation about the facility and rules. The view from the front door was so amazing. The location also can reach by 10 mins walk from interlaken west station. They even provide lugage storage I love swiss and love this apartment as well Hopefuly will visit again and the price still offered as competitive as now :D

Good pillow have to change it immediate for guest confortable sleep.

I check in late night and bit dark at the entrance. Please provide information which chalet guest will put up cause there are a few chalet belong to City Chalet. The driver ever send guest there before and he help me to find my name at chalet entrance. Once you found your name just enter the door and the key is in the chalet. All information is in the bowl on the cabinet, The chalet is nice and kitchen facitilites is good. If you can provide extra pan is excellent. Thank you for providing all our request (rice cooker and fondue Raclette set). We will stay there again if we came with the group. Next visit hope the pillow had change. The surrounding at the chalet is the best. ( grocery shop also sell halal meat, river, old town, walking distance to train station interlaken west & ost, halal restaurant about 4 nearby and bread shop open 6am in morning and etc). Mr Matt Horn reply all the msg very fast and i like his services.

Hope you can provide better pillow for the guest. Pillow that you provide is like comforter or quilt is not confortable at all. The knife and scissors all blunt. Kindly provide for group extra tissue roll in the toilet. We stay 6 night with 8 guest but each toilet only have 2 tissue roll. At the toilet bowl if you can provide bidet spray is bonus for the guest.

Exceptional

An excellent accommodation in Interlaken. Short walk from Interlaken West train station, near stores and groceries, but still a quiet area. The view from the property is great (you can even see people paragliding). The instruction of the host for luggage deposit and key collection is very clear (they even have marks with your name on to lead you on the correct way). The host is very responsive. A good place to experience a local Swiss chalet.
