Very good

We stayed in valley view room, the view from the balcony is spectacular and the room is huge and clean. Food is tasty, we had garlic roti and that was awesome. Breakfast was tasty too.

The road towards the resort is very bad.

The property is nestled in the mountains / only accessible by car. The staff is very nice once they are on duty but they could be more attentive when it comes to service.

Our room needs a rebrush, some areas in the hotel seemed to be under construction.

Pathetic overly priced place

First of all, the moment I entered the room had a strong cigarette smell. After that, we found that the food orders are taken only till 8:30 pm which is too early for me. Also, they have only 4 veg option that is mostly unavailable with them, no tandoori food is available and the non veg food my husband ordered was not tasty at all. The bathroom jet spray was leaking water and bathroom had an odour. Plus the curtain in the bathroom was dirty. I paid so much for this room and it did not had the basic things like, toilet paper, a locker, balcony chairs, snacks, mini fridge, hair dryer. Nothing was there. This is all basic things that we get at a hotel where we pay such huge amounts. It was pathetic stinky place. Highly disappointed with Meridian.
