Highly recommend

Aesthetic! And the location was perfect for our one night stay during NYE. The hotel has a vintage feel without it being outdated. Really recommend! The check-in staff was friendly and it was a smooth process.

I got a little lost trying to find the hotel. Not much you can do to fix that problem because there does seem to be some construction happening around the area.

We have stayed at the Menger many times over the years and have always enjoyed the stay. The location is perfect for downtown San Antonio. It exudes history, its next door to the Alamo, and it is Texas.

The lobby, dining area and building were beautiful. Morning coffee was good. Breakfast waitstaff was very attentive and we had the same Hispanic waiter who made me feel welcome.

The bathroom had a bad water leak that was never resolved. I was hoping for a luxury hotel experience; maybe feel like a vip (not VIP, necessarily). The breakfast area ran out of pastries.

Very good

Beautiful historic hotel close to everything.

Great customer service. The late check out is so considerate on a holiday weekend. Thank you ! Rooms are updated and clean.

Construction is an eye sore. Bar could use more decor on the second level. Beautiful space, just needs attention.

Uncomfortably COLD! Brrrrr!

When we complained that our room temperature was 61 degrees, your engineer explained that you blow NOTHING BUT COLD AIR in the rooms in the historic rooms during the day light hours. INCREDIBLE AND IRRESPONSIBLE!
