Food was excellent!

Right on the RW

I was told numerous times that the rooftop terrace would open at 11 PM to watch the fireworks and we waited and waited. Finally went back down to the lobby. The pool top Terrace opened at 11:45 and all the good seats were taken by the time we got back up.

Great customer service from staff. Breakfast and kickback. Walking distance to riverwalk, restaurants, and shopping. Cleanliness.

Property and facilities were misrepresented. Room was dated and cramped. Service was "fend for yourself". Overall terrible experience. So bad we abandoned this room in favor of the Hilton.

It was good but rooms could use updated renovations. It didnt look like it appears online. The hotel has outdated room

Close to the River walk.

The parking fee for extremely small spaces. The obstructed view from renovations next door.

Great location, good experience overall!

Location of the hotel is excellent! Right off the Riverwalk, all major attractions are within walking distance. Great restaurants and lounges near by. Hotel staff was very friendly. Rooms were very clean. The managers reception was good. They had pretty good snacks to go along with the free drinks.

The breakfast was the typical hot breakfast. Biscuits, potatoes, sausage, eggs, cereal, oatmeal. Not much changed during the three days we were there.
