Very good

The room was so spacious and pretty.

The incredible slowness of the valet, the texting app didnt work, took forever to ger our car. The elevators were SO SLOW! The shower controls werent very user friendly.

We had a lovely time in San Antonio, it is a delightful city.

The location was perfect. Within walking distance of a lot of good things to do and see.

The elevators were horrible. They don't have service elevators so the staff was lugging dishes and supplies with the guests. The environmental staff did not clean on a daily basis. The bathroom door weighed 300 hundred pounds.

Superb

Stylish stay on the Riverwalk

The hotel was stylish and clean. It had a fun vibe that you dont see at other hotels on the Riverwalk. The shower in our room was top-notch. I loved the Spanglish artwork on the walls of our room.

From the reviews Id read I had high expectations for the restaurant. The food was good but not as wonderful as Id been led to believe. The bar on the 3rd floor though was excellent. There was some construction next door that was ugly and loud, but of course thats not the hotels fault.
