Disappointing

Not good value for the money spent.

Location was great for us. Love the view from the 7th floor. Front desk staff were all polite and professional

Breakfast was consistently disappointing for 3days we spent at this hotel. The ladies at the breakfast room need to be a little more polite with guests. Parking is by valet only , costs a ridiculous $40 per night. Will not be back at this hotel.

Receptionist was very cold,Check-in at 2:30pm was asked for additional 10% of room daily cost; valet parking fee was high but service too slow(we were waiting for 30 minutes to get our car!)

Acomodaes e atendimento impecveis!

Location close to sights, some restaurants, a small mall and the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. Comfortable, clean and spacious room. Loved the beds! The reception service is amazing, the staff is very helpful. The breakfast is simple but very good.

After the second night, we asked for more face cloth and towels, which took over an hour to get, and we had to be somewhere,.,called down to the front desk 3 times and even asked if we could go pick them up ourselvesnope Also, it is only valet parking at an extra $45 nightly! This was not clear when booking stay.

Exceeded our expectations!

From check in to check out everything was fantastic!Amy was amazing in accomadating a seating area for us for breakfast and even the valet guys were helpful in telling us aneasy walking route through construction to our destination which was on the next block. Food was great, staff amazing and the suite is our favorite by far!
