First property in my life with boiling water from health foucet

I had to shift thrice the rooms. The room I got was not suitable for me as I had to climb up and down steps to the room. After all the shifting I got a room with boiling water coming in health foucet.

Service can be improved

First impression is good. Latest technologies installed in hotel. Food ordered were really tasty.

Customer Service - can be improved as we need to follow up with them many times to get things done. Room maintenance - Very poor. 1. There was a situation where exhaust fan was missing in one of the room with one big hole left in washroom. 2. Shower gel and shampoo dispensers were not filled or working. 3. Bed spring in one of the room had gone and was discomfortable in sleeping. Hotel Staff - 1. Need to greet customers with a happy face. 2. When we called them for dispenser issue, they came with their shoes on inside the toilet leaving all the shoe dirts. Communication - Hotel Renovation Work was going on and was disturbing. This was not informed earlier and when we checked in, they were expecting us to check out by 9am next day due to renovation. This is not fair at all. Interior - Wooden interior can be replaced with latest options.
