Awesome

Good breakfast and excellent location. Staff was very kind and helpful. Special thanks to Arvind (Reception), Abdulaziz (Concierge), Priyanka (cafe) and the whole staff.

Not really anything which we didn't like. Perhaps the restaurant (Cucino) and the pool opening hours could be extended.

The location is great.

We found a hair in the noodles and alerted the staff. The was no follow up with us. The coffee is ok and the seats outside the breakfast area are dirty. The room was dated/old and did not have a USB port and was located on the traffic side of the hotel.

Location

Nobody cleaned my room 3 days in a week, just forgot. The minibar never has been refilled. And I had the question to the bill from restaurant because it wasn't mine. The manager told me that they need one week to check it, but noone didn't contact to me after.

I really recommend this hotel! Not cheap but high standards

Very good hotel! Good location and nice decor and facilities. Very good staff and quality of food etc

Only issue we had was with coffe orders at breakfast. Waiters didnt seem to know the numbers of tables etc. but this is a very minor complaint

First, we have ordered an airport pickup, but after spending more than an hour at dubai airport waiting for the hotel reply, they informed us that concierge was not informed by guest relations team about our arrival time, Second, the staff have promised us a free departure transfer when we check out, which was not arranged as well as the informed us that the guest relations team that promised us this compensation did not arrange with concierge, Third, we booked a suite, and we found out that our friends who took a room at the same time, got kids beach toys, where our kids had nothing and the sofa bed was not even prepared, The only helpful staff member was Mr. Nay, who took responsibility and provided us the ride asap, and we would like to thank him, Otherwise, it was one of the worst experiences we faced at a hotel stay and compensations provided for mistakes..
