Very good

Good design,beautiful rooms and personal.

They show big shopping area but its not ready.Its far away from everything to walk.The elevation with car to the hotel is disgusting for people who has vestibule problems.The elevators are not good with that you have to change one to other and we waited 2h to move our suitcases from one room to another.When we stop the air conditioner after every cleaning they switched again They dont have shuttles to nowhere,but the most of the hotels has even to the beach and the Dubai mall.It was smelling on paint and a lot of paint doesnt clean from the rooms floor and walls.The pool is small and not so good,very windy.Difficult to find it,no direct elevator to there.The water in bathroom is very slow and in the hot water is not very hot.

It's an art of work, a cool hotel, and cool staff too

Its a cool hotel with a bit of a twist, I will keep it a secret, the staff is super friendly and I felt like more than at home, I caught flu in Dubai And the stuff of the hotel got me a boost soup without asking with the card. Wishing me to get better.

The experience was fantastic. The staff one by one were polite and were there for every need. The view of the room was fantastic. Everyday we had clean towels and the room was everyday very clean. Tanmoe was very polite and smiley and he served us with the best way. For sure I will come again!!!

Beautiful hotel, very chic and clean. Bed is huge and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food and drinks were excellent. Breakfast a la carte, especially the avocado toast was delicious. The presentation of the mushroom bao in the Asian restaurant was Michelin worthy. New equipment in the gym. Pool was very relaxing and the cocktails were delicious. Will come again!
