Value for money for short stay!

Big room and clean and modern bathroom! It was a relief and good feeling to stay in modern hotel after long stays in home stays in smaller cities of Sri Lanka. Our room had attached big balcony offering amazing sea view! Overall recommended in negombo for short stay!

Room had dusty smell because of lack of cleaning maybe! There was stain on bedsheet and dust on mosquito net.

Felt like a second home.

Nisham and his mother Mary are lovely people and make you feel very welcomed. As a family business that has been running for decades it is clear their guests are their top priority. There is so much wonderful history to this place that Mary loves to share. She also makes the BEST coffee by roasting her own beans and freshly grounding for you. The room was clean and great view from balcony. Wifi excellent, Fridge and kettle worked well. Lovely hot shower Wonderful breakfast. Great aircon with fan. Very close to beach, cafe's and transport. Good access for people with disability or walking issues. Lift to all floors.
