Nice, clean place to stay

Nice, simple guesthouse. The room was spacious and clean. The AC was definitely nice to have. The family are nice and they were helpful. The welcome drink is always a nice welcome and they served breakfast as well which was decent. They provided us with umbrellas and other useful recommendations. They also recommended a place for a massage that was very affordable and lovely.

The inner street to get to the place gets really dark at night. There aren't any/many street lights so you'll need to use a torch and it might feel a little unsafe if you're by yourself.

Excellent in every way

Perfect end to our stay in Sri Lanka. Close to the airport for our return flight home. We were made to feel very welcome at Fun Whales and provided with delicious cake for our return journey. Lot's of good quality nearby restaurants . A good airport transfer was arranged for us at a reasonable cost despite it being New Years Eve which is a family celebration time. Fun Whales is immaculately clean in a quiet location. Very good breakfast and lots of helpful advise on local attractions.

We likes everything. The owners are really nice and helpful. The accomodation was one of the best we stayed at in Sri Lanka (clean, full of working gadgets, very clean street, calm area, close to the beach and restaurants, great breakfast, beautiful bathroom).

The best stay in Negombo

Super clean, comfortable, big room with wonderful bed! The people are extremely friendly and help with everything. I had a video call job interview and they made sure that all was perfect. Also the breakfast, which I especially requested to be sri lankan was very delicious. Even after a day at the beach, I could take a shower before going to the airport. Thank you for everything!! Highly recommend.

Secure property situated down a side street. Room was clean & had a kettle, tea, coffee & fridge. Helpful staff, family run guest house hey were happy to work in with our late arrival.. Breakfast good variety.

Close to the beach. Breakfast was very good. Most comfortable during my Sri Lanka travel. I recommend this to anyone who would like to consider an accommodation near airport. Plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops near the hotel, so you can have a chill time spending on the beach and enjoy foods and shopping souvenirs for friends and family.
