Lovely little villa with nice pool and gardens

Lovely pool and gardens - a short walk from the Main Street and beach where there are many restaurants. Staff were lovely and always ready to help. As a family we had 2 double rooms connected by a lounge room. It was a great relaxing space for our first coupon of days on Negombo.

Great value for a short atay

Big rooms, very comfortable bed and it was a quiet location. Staff were wonderful and stayed up very late to check us in.

The pool didn't look very clean but we were only there for one night

Really lovely place to stay. The staff are all so kind and helpful. Fabulous clean rooms with comfortable and clean bedding, WiFi, a/c and a great breakfast at a good price. Really recommend staying here. Super swimming pool area too and in a very central location.

Excellent stay

We spent the last three nights here before leaving. The room was so clean and spacious, everything was so comfortable. The villa is excellently located, you can reach the most popular areas by foot. The staff was so friendly and helpful, everything worked great, we really appreciated the airport transfer. The price is really nice and you can get everything you need here.
