Very clean homestay with good location close to the natural Marari Beach. Few tourists, quiet location. Authentic Kerala location. Host family is amazing, very kind and extremely helpful in arranging all our wishes. Tasteful, home made food.Thank you!

One of the best stays in Marari

We loved the place. The property is filled with lush greenery and is very well maintained. The owner family is so warm and welcoming. They went out of their way to make us comfortable. They helped us in renting scooter which is very difficult to get in Marari. They informed us about the cultural event happening at the Shiva Temple which helped us getting a cultural and Devine experience. The location of the property is also perfect. It is just a 100m walk to the beach. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Budget friendly, comfortable and amazing service

Had the most delightful 3-day stay with my family at Marari Umapathi Villa, a true gem just 600 meters from the beach. We get a quite beach access away from the commercial Area. The cozy, well-equipped stay provided a perfect retreat. The warmth of the host and their commitment to ensuring every need was met made the experience exceptional. The food was delicious and a culinary journey in itself (Aunty will make anything you would like to try) . This lovely place, run by an amazing family, creates an atmosphere that feels like a home away from home. If you seek a budget friendly, peaceful and charming stay, Marari Umapathi Villa is an absolute must-visit gem. Grateful for the hospitality Umapathi Villa..you made our stay truly memorable!

Wonderful stay with kind family host.

Hosts are very kind and supportive. Their homemade traditional Kerala food is very delicious and tasty. I strongly recommend this place for stay. Host family has arranged required things for us regarding transportation etc.

I suggest kindly take corrective actions on hotwater facility.

The family was very friendly and caring. I loved the room, it was nicely designed, very clean and the facilities were great. Breakfast is served on the terrace in front of your room, the meals were very delicious, an amazing opportunity to try freshly homecooked south goan food. I would love to come back!

Very tasty breakfast, kind and helpful owners.

There is a lot of greenery around, so the room is dark and very humid. Cannot be ventilated naturally. The presence of insects was also unpleasant, especially in the bathroom.
