We would come again because its quite, just train the youngster.

Waiter staff need more training, Ate dinner twice there. Want to serve you quickly, but they dont clear the tables once you have eaten or asked asked would you like another drink or dessert. Bar tenders are good it was the service staff, who need more training.

All was very good staff were polite. Food was very nice the deal was value for money. Breakfast very nice . Room was very nice and clean with a very big bed. Bath was enormous
The only thing in the bathroom was no magnified mirror for putting makeup on or cleansing your face and they didnt sell Guinness at the bar.

All the services offered in this Hotel were all excellent. Indeed, would like to thank the Hotel management for such arrangements. Certainly I will book in the same Hotel next time when I visit Liverpool

excellent location, very friendly staff, excellent accommodation. I took my pet, they provided biscuits, bed and food bowl.
