Definitely recommend

Brilliant hotel in a great location for access to everywhere in Liverpool city centre. 5 minutes from the Baltic Triangle and 5 minutes from Liverpool 1. Staff really friendly and helpful. Room was a decent size and had everything you could need for a lovely stay. Thanks for your hospitality!

Room was exceptional, some lovely little quirks and very us, Marshall Fridge stocked with nice drinks should you fancy a tipple Baltic Triangle is a great location really nice retro Brooklyn vibes. Will definitely book here again next time we are in Liverpool.

People in the room above being rather heavy footed but with it being New Years weekend they may have been practising dance moves?

Brilliant hotel

Spotless, location and how quirky it was..... would stay again .

Having the sink in the bedroom itself...there was room in the bathroom to put the sink in there. Also having phone chargers by the bed without a tiny shelf each side of the bed would be useful to put your phone on whilst charging it. With saying that we would stay again as it was great .

We had the top floor 6th and there was a noise all night from above which disturbed our sleep .

The room was very dark due to all the walls and ceilings painted in dark grey , the lighting was poor and the shower head couldn't be adjusted due to a broken bracket. The sink was in the room and not IN the main bathroom area. Checking in was very busy and only one member of staff on hand , and no late bar.

Superb

Location, walking distance from everything, very quiet inside hotel and also no noise from streets outside, great wee bar, the punk rock decor made me smile, staff cheery, not in your face but helpful when needed,

Nothing at all would struggle to find something to complain about
